Cross-sells

Cross-sells are similar to impulse purchases in the checkout line of a grocery store. Cross-sell products appear on the shopping cart page, just before the customer begins checkout.

To set up cross-sell products:

1.

In the Product Information panel on the left, click Cross-sells.

2.

Click the Reset Filter button to list all the available products, or use the filters at the top of each column to find specific products.

3.

Select the checkbox in the first column of any product you want to feature as a cross-sell.

4.

When complete, click the Save button.
